I support Anupa Ann Joseph <anupaaj@disroot.org>'s request to become a Debian
Developer, non-uploading.
I have worked with Anupa Ann Joseph on organizing Debian Release parties,
online Debian conferences (minidebconfs and DebConfs), and preparing a
successful bid for DebConf in India, for many years and I consider her as
having sufficient technical competence.
She also coordinated printing and shipping T shirts for these events.
We have also worked together as organizing team members of Free Software Camp
(https://camp.fsf.org.in) and Software Freedom Camp Diversity Edition
(https://camp.fsci.in) and she played an very important role in both events.
Anupa becoming a DD will help us significantly in organizing the DebConf in
2023.
