I have worked with Sahil Dhiman on organizing various Debian events in India
for more than 3 years and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
Sahil has been an active organizer for regional language tracks in
DebConf20 & 21, multi-lingual Mini DebConf India Online 2021, most recently
Mini DebConf Palakkad 2022 etc. In addition to this, he is an important part of
