I support Mathias Gibbens <mathias@calenhad.com>'s request to become a Debian
Developer, uploading. I have worked with Mathias on packaging OpenRCT2 since
early 2021 and I consider them as having sufficient competence in both technical
matters and Debian policy. I mostly sponsored their OpenRCT2-related packages
and I can say that they were of high quality all the time.
