(I mean, I could but it doesn't add up much here) I think the endorsement, together with your response, would still work, but if you don't feel too much of a hassle to amend the text you sent to NM with the precise details, I think it'd be better. Maybe we should be clearer in the instructions. At least, I feel much better when processing an endorsement if it has more precise information; I feel 8-9 months to be enough; as for the personal correspondence, maybe if you said "four personal mails sent over a three month period", it would be better. Yes, we have no clear guidelines. I'm just applyig what I feel to be right (but then again, I am one of the people that has to act upon endorsements ;-) )
