For the past 5 months, I have worked with Lance Lin in Debian Med team on a number of packages
For this past work, Lance Lin sent mails using the email address LQi254@protonmail.com
which is the one they're using on nm.debian.org

1. Checked their mails for signatures - both on mailing list, and in private mail exchanges

2. Checked their signed commits to the repositories they committed to -- their commits
are mostly signed with the same key
3. Made sure that they are able to decrypt the messages sent to them with their GPG key
