While my last advocacy said Debian Maintainer I meant to say Debian Developer
(I myself dcut permission for Henry on multiple occasions so sorry for the
confusion).
I fully support Henry-Nicolas Tourneur <debian@nilux.be>'s request to become
Debian Developer, uploading. I have worked with Henry on multiple package in
the DebianOnMobile team over the past year including packages generating
multiple binary packages and shared libraries. He introduced new packages and
updated existing ones. His calm and focused way to work is always a pleasure.
I have worked with Henry-Nicolas Tourneur <debian@nilux.be> (key
352FBF2D3FA41D25DCAA8910DD0C9594DF926C90) via Matrix and gitlab multiple times
and I believe Henry-Nicolas Tourneur <debian@nilux.be> can be trusted to
to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload
