I support Arnaud Rebillout <arnaudr@kali.org>'s request to become Debian
Developer, uploading. I have worked almost daily with Arnaud Rebillout on
Kali Linux for a month now. In this time, I reviewed multiple package updates as
well as code contributions and in both cases, he has shown good technical
skills, a desire to do high quality work and was very pleasant to work
with.
In multiple cases, he spontaneously submitted fixes or bug reports
for issues discovered while working on Kali:

As part of his Kali work, I also expect him to take a more active role

GR related to RMS and while we disagreed somewhat, the conversation was
civil and enjoyable.
I have personally worked with Arnaud Rebillout <arnaudr@kali.org> (key
9D3BEC87B4563C642B7BE38AC0831D1F15E0DA64) for 1 month, and I believe that
Arnaud Rebillout can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
