pfffft, I very gently nudged him into doing this. True it required some
kicking and backstabbing here and there, threatening to throw his laptop
into the pool and whatnot, still this looked all consentual from here...

exactly my impression over many years. We need more Clément's in Debian!

In Europe there are people prosecuted by courts because they saved other people
from drowning in the  Mediterranean Sea.  That is almost as absurd  as if there
were people being prosecuted because they save humans from drowning in the sea.
