For nm.debian.org, at 2018-02-14:
I support Dmitry Bogatov <KAction@gnu.org>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Dmitry Bogatov on 23 different packages, from command line tools,
to debhelper helpers, github python bindings, elpa tools, lisp tools, haskell tools,
init systems, and a lot of more stuff (I count 58 uploads, for 23 different packages,
and this is just because I gave him DM a long time ago)

I have personally worked with Dmitry Bogatov <KAction@gnu.org>
(key 7214B3C8D5FF8F26E12593D52E20FEEE71FC7D81) for more than 2 years (the first
upload was dated 08-08-2015), and I have to note he knows very deeply how Debian and
Free Software works, how to package software, and how to check copyrights
for his files and packages.

I know Dmitry Bogatov can be trusted to be a full member of Debian,
and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

Side note: thanks Dmitry for caring about our command line tools, and for
keeping your packages into a releasable state, and for being such
a valuable member of Debian.
