Valentin Vidic: Application Manager report

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA256

Hello,

After looking at Valentin Vidic <Valentin.Vidic@CARNet.hr>'s
contributions and after exchanging some emails to get to know him a
bit better, I agree with the advocate(s) that he can and should
indeed be a Debian Developer, uploading right now.

Valentin's bio:

I live and work in Zagreb, Croatia. During my university years I got
interested in Unix and free software. Since that time I've been using
Debian both at home and at work for various purposes. Two years ago
I got involved with the Debian High Availability team working on
packaging newer versions of Pacemaker/Corosync cluster suite for the
stretch release. For the past year I was granted DM role so I was
able to fix bugs and upload new versions of various packages on my own.
Apart from HA software I use at work, I am also interested in Go and
kernel programming, music and free games so I might contribute there
too, if time permits.
