Andrea Bolognani: Advocate

I support Andrea Bolognani <eof@kiyuko.org>'s request to become Debian
Maintainer (key 99E91684515735AC059870696863EF9F8CFE190D) as requested
on 2018-02-21 via https://nm.debian.org/process/452.

I would be very happy with Andrea uploading spectrwm, cattle-1.0 and
beef unsupervised. I have been sponsoring these 3 packages regularly
for Andrea since 2012.

Andrea does a very good job at keeping up to date with the latest
packaging standards without any assistance. In particular, I can tell
that Andrea has put considerable effort into learning and applying new
packaging standards between each new revision (the latest examples
being autopkgtests and the nodoc profile). As a reviewer, I can at
best suggest with some minor improvements to Andrea's work and the
vast majority of it is at the "style"/"nits" level.

This has made it clear to me that Andrea is ready to maintain these
packages without a DD supervision.

~Niels
