Aurélien COUDERC: Advocate
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA512
For nm.debian.org, on Saturday 2018-02-17.
I advocate Aurélien COUDERC <zecoucou@free.fr>, OpenPGP Fingerprint <216F FF40
001A 0E07 0E28 3B1F 71A7 E533 F291 A324> to become Debian Developer, uploading.
While I haven't done any technical work with Aurélien, apart from
over-the-shouldering his conversion of the desktop-base package repository to
git while we were representing Debian at RMLL 2017, and so will not be able to
attest to his proficiency at package maintenance, I can attest of his dedication
to our project, from an outreach perspective.
For a few years now, he has done a lot of outreach work for the project, most
notably co-organizing the last three meetups in Paris, and volunteering his time
to represent Debian on booths at events, e.g. at RMLL ("Rencontres Mondiales du
Logiciel Libre") in Saint-Étienne in 2017. I trust Aurélien is in full agreement
with the philosophy and technical excellence of our project, and would be even
more of an asset to Debian as a full member of the project.
