It required a simple email from the advocate and a whole bunch of work on the back end to track such things amongst the Front Desk team. I appreciate you hate the web interface, but do not underestimate the improvements it has brought to the New Member process. > can someone please help? I went to https://wiki.debian.org/DebianSingleSignOn#Debian_SSO_documentation. I noticed it said "Certificates are issues by https://sso.debian.org/" I went to https://sso.debian.org/ I clicked the "Debian account certificates" link I logged in with noodles / my SSO password (configurable via db.debian.org) It gave me a list of my certificates and a link to "Get new certificate" I clicked on "Get new certificate" It gave me a page to Get a new certificate and I stopped because I already have one and I don't want another.
