Michael is a a perfect match for Debian both in terms of technical skills as well as compatibility with the spirit and values of free software.
Michael is not only committed to the principles of the Debian project, but has also been a solid, contributor on a technical level for some time. He is a thoughtful and considerate contributor. I also know Michael personally, and our interactions are always positive and he is a pleasure to work with.
