I have personally been working with Thomas Pierson (Key ID: 0x771750766E1C720B) since my last weeks as a DM (so a long enough time). I have sponsored him and also gave him DM rights on some packages.
- From the technical side I know he can be fully trusted to have full, unsupervised and unrestricted upload to the archive. I also know that he will for sure ask for help if needed for some specific topic (hint: C++ libraries transitions are not that easy! ;-) ).
