Thorsten Glaser: Application Manager report - missing an AM

Hi,

after several advocations (see the thread around
https://lists.debian.org/debian-newmaint/2016/08/msg00021.html
on this list) I’m still lacking an AM.

How does the AM get assigned in the new process? Is there
anything I still need to do, or anything I can do to speed
up that process?
