Hello,

I recommend to accept Marcin Kulisz as a new Debian Developer, uploading.
The account name is kula.

 * Applicant background

I was born in 1979 long after this I studied computer science,
somewhere in the mean time I started using linux. Almost at the same time I
discovered RedHat and Debian. Choice I made was Debian at this time it was
Slink which was a bit of challenge and since then on my servers is Debian only.
For last 12y I'm working as a sysadmin/project manager/build and release
manager/etc mostly on linux infrastructure. I had episodes of being a
'developer' mainly for internal projects working in c++ and then in ruby.
