Advocacy for Andrew Page

Hello,

I advocate Andrew Page to become Debian Developer, uploading.

The current status of Andrew Page is Debian Maintainer.

Advocacy text:

I'd like to advocate "Tianon Gravi <admwiggin@gmail.com>" (account would
be <tianon>, but that's up to him) to become an Uploading DD. He's
currently a DM, 4096 R key 'B42F 6819 007F 00F8 8E36 4FD4 036A 9C25 BF35 7DD4'

He's shown an amazing amount of dedication and a top notch eye in
maintaining a number of widely used packages. He's never stopped
learning, and makes outstanding judgement calls routinely. I trust him
implicitly on all my packages, and I believe he's ready for unsupervised
full archive upload rights right now.

He's helped manage relations both upstream (docker) and downstream
(ubuntu), and done quite well with it, always working to find the
correct solution for everyone involved.

Looking at his DDPO[1] should be enough of an advocation already,
co-maintainer on packages such as docker.io, golang, and debhelper.

It seems silly to me he can't help me prepare and upload NMUs accross
the golang ecosystem.

He's done work in debian-python as well, updating docker-py, picking up
the DPMT workflow quickly.

He's been to DebConf, and was quite a social fit as well. I believe he
will act in good faith, and continue his outstanding track record of
collaboration.
