I support Leopold Palomo-Avellaneda to become a Debian Maintainer.
I am sponsor of pcl packages. He has maintained a good package and
collaborate with me and other Debian developers and maintainers.
I think that he had a very good understanding of the policy and
packaging skill.
I think it would be very good for a Debian that he will be DM.
