Advocacy for Gert Wollny

I advocate Gert Wollny to become Debian Developer, uploading.
The current status of Gert Wollny is Debian Maintainer.
Advocacy text:
Gert's contributions to InsightToolkit packaging go back well over a year and a half. This is a very challenging library to package and his changes (which I personally reviewed) demonstrate deep understanding of both the subject (medical imaging toolkit) and of Debian processes and expectations.
He has had upload rights for InsightToolkit as a Debian Maintainer for quite some time and I believe Debian (particularly Debian-Med) would benefit from him obtaining unrestricted upload rights to the archive as a full Developer.
