Debian Maintainer application for Robert James Clay

This is my declaration of intent to become a Debian Maintainer
<URL:http://wiki.debian.org/DebianMaintainer>.

I have read the Social Contract, Debian Free Software Guidelines and Debian 
Machine Usage Policy and agree with all of them.

Currently, I maintain the packages ttylog, ledgersmb, crashmail, jamnntpd, & 
postnews, as well as the non-free package hwb. And I co‐maintain the packages 
libnet-citadel-perl, libexcel-template-perl, libexcel-template-plus-perl,
libmoosex-param-perl, libpgobject-perl, libpgobject-simple-perl, libpgobject-
util-dbmethod-perl,and libtemplate-plugin-latex-perl.

My GnuPG key 43B7EA9A is signed by Debian Developer Michael C. Schultheiss 
<schultmc@debian.org> as well as by the following: Mike Kallies (Michael 
Kallies) <mike@kallies.ca>, Walter Huf <hufman@gmail.com>, and  CA Cert 
Signing Authority (Root CA) <gpg@cacert.org.
