I have been working with Bastien on imagemagick maintenance for a
long while now, and he has shown a grasp of the handling of such a
widely used package quite beyond my own. I'm glad he's applying to be
DM, and I'm very confident he will make a worthy addition to the
project. I therefore wholeheartedly support his application.
