I strongly support Ben as a Debian Maintainer (and hope he'll move on to
be a DD as well).  He's picked up some of the maintenance of the OpenAFS
packages and has done a solid and thoughtful job with that, and has also
done excellent work on the krb5 packages, where he's also part of
upstream.
