I've been mentoring Sergiusz for more than a year. I believe that he
has engineering skills needed to maintain Debian packages by himself.
I believe Sergiusz will be an asset for the project, can be trusted
with full, unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights and needs it
to continue his work.
I support his application to become a Debian maintainer.
