I hereby advocate Stephen Kitt <steve@sk2.org> for the Debian New Mainta
iner process as I think he is technically and humanly competent and woul
d be a valuable contributor of the Debian project.
I have sponsored most parts of the mingw-w64 stack prepared by Stephen a
nd had several bugreport discussions with him (#624545 comes to mind) in
which he managed to argue competently with more than enough technical b
ackground to be convincing. I had very few corrections to do in his pack
ages.
I trust Stephen technical competences and think he has the potential to
be a good citizen of the Debian ecosystem.
