I whole-heartedly support Wolodja's application to become a DM. In his
tireless work in #debian and #debian-next, he has repeatedly displayed a
sound knowledge of Debian policy, tools, procedures and philosophies. He is
invaluable in the user-facing channels #debian and #debian-next as a voice
of moderation and reason as well has offering technically proficient and
friendly help to many Debian users; he's also helpful and supportive to
members of the Debian community in other offtopic and developer channels.
Wolodja has demonstrated his own commitment to the Debian project and also
shown that he is a valuable member of it.
