I would like to advocate Mònica Ramírez Arceda as a Debian Developer as
well.

I sponsored cpio 2.11-6 for her. She did an excellent job splitting the
legacy Debian patches of cpio.

I've seen her contributions in various Debian mailing lists. All of them
of high quality.

Socially, she's been very polite and respectful. It's a pleasure to
work with her.

The Debian project will benefit by having her as a Debian Developer.
