I've known Philipp personally for some years now and have also worked with him in the Pida package as a sponsor. He has broad knowledge of Debian in particular and the larger FOSS communities. Additionally, he has worked on the Debian derivative Kairos with a focus on Multi-User environments. I believe that Philipp has the technical skills needed to competently maintain his Debian packages and thus support his application. Thanks Jan Lübbe
