About bloody time.

I've been working with Loong Jin within Debian for a couple of years now
- mainly on Banshee and related packages, but he's the maintainer for a
couple of other bits & pieces too. Without a doubt, he's one of the most
skilled packagers I've interacted with, with a keen eye for technical
excellence I'd put far above my own. I'm the DD, but I turn to Loong Jin
whenever I need a hand with Git.

Loong Jin is certainly DD material, and an asset to the Mono packaging
teams to which he contributes.
