I have met Sebastian several times on various conferences in Germany,
ranging back to the Chemnitzer LinuxTage 2004 I think, usually when he
had a booth for his German Debian Forum, while I was on the Debian booth.
He has always been most helpful and dedicated, having good ideas to
improve the overall situation, and asking the right questions, to learn
more. He also contributed via bug reports, translations and sometimes
also via mailing lists, and again I was always pleased with his work.
While I can't say anything about his packaging work, I trust him and
think he would be a good non-uploading DD.
