Since the GR to accept non-packaging members in the project passed, I think
Martin Bagge is a typical example of someone who now can become an
official voting member of the Debian project.

Martin has been handling swedish translations for some time and coordinated
with other interested people to get swedish translations of Debian to
possibly reach 100% for squeeze.

I personally believe a continued thankless effort of both working on
translations and "coaching" swedish translations to become a real team
effort is something that deserves alot of credit.

Translations, etc.

Continued work on translations.

For all I've seen Martin is very good at communicating with other people.
