Kamal has been a DM for several months.
Kamal is maintaining hamlib and soundmodem:

Hamlib is a very important package for the Debian-Ham community and he is
doing a good job with it. He is an active developer and is also taking part in
the upstream mailing list with an active role.
Kamal would like to contribute more in Debian as since I know Kamal he has
become more and more active.
Kamal would be a very good technical asset for Debian.
I hereby support Kamal Mostafa's application as Debian Developer and advocate
him.
