Hi, team

I adovocate Kiwamu Okabe by following reasons,

- - How have they contributed to Debian already?

He maintain uim package since Sep. 2009.
http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=kiwamu%40debian.or.jp

Actually, uim is very important and fundamental software for CJKV
language user on Debian, other Linux and many of POSIX system.

- - What do they intend to do for Debian in the future?

He would like to contribute more broad than his current contribution in
Debian. Especially in Japanese input and wide architecture support.

- - How do they interact with others, such as users and other developers?

He had great activity for "UIM" and Debian community in Japan.
He often join Debian Tokyo monthly meeting.

And also, he has a great knowledge and experience in NetBSD and non-386
architectures.
I believe he helps Debian activity in very broad area.
