I know Peter through our mutual involvement in the Linux and related communities in Sydney, and more recently through sponsoring Peter's libexplain package. I believe that Peter has the technical skills necessary to be a Debian Maintainer. Further more, I believe that his commitment to open source and free software will be an asset to Debian. I whole-heartedly endorse his application to become a Debian Maintainer.
