This is my declaration of intent to become a Debian Maintainer[1]
I have read the Social Contract, Debian Free Software Guidelines and
Debian Machine Usage Policy and agree with all of them.
Currently, I maintain the packages:
* nted - Musical score editor
* libgarmin - Garmin image format library.
And I co-maintain:
* navit - Car navigation system with routing engine.
I've been a Debian user since 1998 at home and 2002 at work. And I
have now the opportunity to contribute packaging EDF free scientific
software as part of my daily job. That's why I've recently filed an ITP
for syrthes[2].
My GnuPG key 7FFECF83 is signed by the Debian Developer Josselin Mouette
(joss at debian.org).
I have CC-ed my sponsors, Erik Schanze (for nted) and Bernd Zeimetz (for
navit and libgarmin) so that they can advocate my application.
I look forward to becoming a Debian Maintainer. Thanks for your attention.
