To be honest and after a deep thought, I see Raphael more active and
interested on QA and on Debian development internals, than on packaging,
where I think he still lacks some experience. Besides, I think he needs
to pay attention on the lack of respect and discrimination he handles
with certain people, specially non-DD people.
