I hereby second Stéphane's application as a Debian Maintainer.
He joined the Debian OCaml Maintainer Task Force a few months ago, since
then he has contributed with several valuable contributions. They have
ranged from packaging work, to patch contribution and application in
several team maintainer packages, and also team-wide quality assurance
developing scripts which helped us in the just concluded OCaml 3.10.1
transition.
