Advocation of Vagrant as Debian Maintainer

I hereby advocate the addition of Vagrant Cascadian as Debian
Maintainer. I work with him for many years (LTSP and Simple-CDD) and
he's a easy going guy and will be a good addition for our team force
(as project).
He has very nice skills and when he does something wrong he tries to
learn from his mistakes (as we all was suppose to do :P) so I see only
pros to get him in.
