Procedure to return to the NM process

Hi,

I've been put on hold for my NM process a bit more than 2 years ago, and
would really like to complete it. Is there a specific procedure to
follow, some magical formula to invoke, or money to transfer to an
anonymous account in a fiscal paradise, or is it much simpler than
that ?
