Let's test if its a version 4 or greater key
   Key is ok
   Check for key expire stuff
Key has no expiration date set, nothing to check.

Robert was a DD before, but his key got removed from the Debian
keyring in 2003. (He is using a different key now.)

   Applicant writes:

I am a 21 year old 4th-year computer science undergraduate at the
Georgia Institute of Technology, where I am the sysadmin for many
project servers, which naturally run Debian GNU, at the Georgia
   Tech Information Security Center.

I originally came from the early 90s MS-DOS dial-up bulletin board
culture -- shareware, email, etc., so it was natural for me to
begin using Free software when I started using the Internet in
   1996, when I installed Slackware. In 1997 (or 1998?) I installed
bo, and became a Debian developer shortly thereafter, participating
in the hamm, slink, and potato releases. I organized the Debian
   booth at the 1998 Atlanta Linux Showcase[0]. Around 2001 I took a
break from Debian and gave up my packages (for instance, gaim went
   to Rob McQueen).

I'd like to again volunteer my time since my interest (and
employment) has shifted to the information security field, where I
make heavy use of sarge-based servers running my unreleased
packages, which I think belong in Debian (for instance, a
   PACKET_MMAP-enabled libpcap). Additionally, I think backports.org,
which I'd like to contribute to, will become increasingly important
especially for those in the infosec field in need of high quality
   backports.

Recently, I became increasingly dissatisfied with the available
Debian-based live CDs and created my own[1]. The source consists
of a Makefile and the set of minimal changes to a fresh debootstrap
to boot up a base Debian system. It has a slightly different focus
from the recently created Debian Live project.

Looking back, my earlier work was unfocused. But now my goal is to
help make Debian the premiere distribution for those working in the
   infosec field.

2. Philosophy and Procedures
-----------------------------
Robert has a good understanding of Debians Philosophy and
Procedures. He answered all my questions about Social Contract,
DFSG, BTS etc. in a good way.

3. Tasks and Skills
-------------------
   Robert is Co-Maintainer of libapache2-mod-python.
He answered my questions regarding T&S without problems.

4. Recommendation
-----------------
I recommend to accept him as a Debian Developer.
