Santiago has a good understanding of Debians Philosophy and
Procedures. He answered all my Questions about Social Contract,
DFSG, BTS etc. in a good way.
3. Tasks and Skills
-------------------
Santiago is Maintainer of python-pychart and zapata, both Packages
in Debian (sponsored by Anibal Monsalve Salazar (anibal), Andrés
Roldán (aroldan) and me). He is also the comaintainer for bzip2,
ssmtp and zaptel.
He also answered my other Questions regarding T&S without problems.
4. Recommendation
