   The applicant doesn't his private details in the public report, so I'll just insert a small version 
   about his debian works. 

	I plan to primarily package Scribus and related documents, materials
	software plus a number of packages I plan to pick up from the pool of
	that have been orphaned and are not actively sought by other
	maintainers. In
	addition, I plan to at least contribute to bug fixing and translation
	of documentation and UI into Ukrainian.

2. Philosophy and Procedures

   Alex has a good understanding of Debians Philosophy and
   Procedures. He answered all my Questions about Social Contract,
   DFSG, BTS etc. in a good way.

3. Tasks and Skills
   Alex is Maintainer of scribus, scribus-templates, scribus-doc (non-free), all Packages in Debian 
   (sponsored by Frank Lichtenheld (djpig)).
   He also answered my other Questions regarding T&S without problems.

4. Recommendation
   I recommend to accept him as a Debian Developer.
