Before I go and put an applicant on hold, I'd like to know how easy it is to take them off hold again. If I set "AM Approves" to "No", as suggested in the AM documentation, does the applicant stay on my list of people, for me to (presumably) change "AM Approves" back to "Not Checked" when the applicant is ready to resume? Or does the applicant go into some other pool where FD needs to assign the applicant back to me? Thanks, - Matt
