Hi, I sent a first mail to Rafal on Feb 22nd and two others on March, 4th and April 15th with no response at all. I've CC'ed his advocate, Pawel Wiecek on the last mail but did not hear back from him either. Thus, I'm rejecting Rafal Czlonka. He is free to reapply in case he gets interested in Debian again (and it would be nice if he had a package in Debian then).
