Tim's key is signed by a number of DD's, including Martin Michlmayr,
Daniel Silverstone, Roland Mas, etc. He's well connected and certainly
passed the ID check.

Background
----------------------------------
Tim writes about himself:
I'm a 20 year old student, living in Belgium. I intend to package
software for Debian and translate Debian related stuff to Dutch.
I'm also working on skolelinux (www.skolelinux.no) which is a custum
Debian distribution. I first tried redhat linux after reading an article
about it in a magazine, a few months in 2001 later I switched to Debian
and have been using it eversince. The main reason why I volunteer to
help Debian is because I like Debian and would like to give back to the
free software community.

Philosophy & Procedures
----------------------------------
Tim has shown that he understands and agrees with the Debian Social
Contract, DFSG and the DMUP. He has agreed to abide by them. Tim
did a good job answering all of my questions from version 1.21 of
nm_pp.txt as well as my follow-up questions.

Tasks & Skills
----------------------------------
Tim has done an excellent job with his levee package and his z88dk
package looks very good as well. Tim also was able to answer my T&S
questions without too much difficulty. He researched some of the
questions, and wasn't afraid to ask questions of me.

Conclusion
----------------------------------
Tim is an excellent candidate. His packages are in good order and well
maintained. He's been very patient and courteous throughout this
process, something we can certainly use more of in Debian. I look
forward to the further contributions which Tim will make to Debian.
