2. Philosophy and Procedures
-----------------------------
Alexander has a thorough understanding of Debian's philosophy and
procedures.  He provided acceptable answers to all my (actually,
Duncan's) questions about the Social Contract, DFSG, BTS, etc.


3. Tasks and Skills
-------------------
Alexander is the maintainer of selflinux (originally packaged by hand,
and then converted to use debhelper).  He did a very nice job answering
my T&S questions.

4. Recommendation
-----------------
I recommend Alexander's acceptance as a Debian developer.
