Database consistancy suggestion

Perhaps in the weekly front desk email, under Database inconsistancy
errors, a check against hand-entered dates (or all dates), might be in
order. Anything with a date more than say, 7 days in the future is
probably a typo of some kind (wrong month or wrong year). A good example
of this is the application for:

Vincent Sanders <vince@kyllikki.org>

(I've cc'ed his AM, in case he doesn't read this list).

Of course, this is ridiculously low priority, but with some applications
spanning over a year, typos like that can cause some confusion. Also I
couldn't find this script listed inside of cvs.debian.org to submit a
patch. Is it there and possibly patchable, or is a private script on one
of the nm machines somewhere?

Thanks,
