Background
----------
He was originally given a slackware96 (3.1.0) CD from a friend to
try on his parents 486 about two years ago. Since that time he have
learned a lot about free software and programming. He would like to
volunteer his time to improve the quality of code within Debian, in
particular GNU/Hurd.
Philosophy & Procedures
-----------------------
James understands Debian's philosophy and agrees with it.
Tasks & Skills
--------------
James has the required skill to begin his adventure
in debian. He provided me three quite good packages:
freecell-solver, super-sed and zed. they are available at
http://www.student.math.uwaterloo.ca/~ja2morri/.
Recommendation
--------------
I recommend that James be accepted as a Debian maintainer.
