nm.debian.org maze

I know it is not a quiz but it almost look like a quiz for all
prospectus NM.

If I want to become NM, I need an advocate.  To get an advocate, I need
a sponsored package.  So get a sponsor, ... oops, I can not find
information here in http://nm.debian.org or
http://www.debian.org/devel/join/nm-step1.

I propose to add a link on nm.debian.org or
http://www.debian.org/devel/join/nm-step1 to the following URL may be a
good idea.

Or like Creg said, start a virtual package BTS entry and track that
package BTS page.  (Looked like he was not getting support.)
