Philosophy & Procedures

Julien has been using Linux for 6 years and Debian for the past 2. He is
a firm believer in Free software and agrees with Debian's Social
Contract. He's able to decide whether the license on a piece of software
meets the DFSG or not, is familiar with the BTS and knows how to inform
Debian if he decides he wishes to leave.
Tasks & Skills
--------------
Julien has packaged both Egoboo and nparted, which were both lintian
clean already. He's filed ITPs for them and has also worked at solving
various existing bugs for other packages in the BTS. He's keen on
helping Debian evolve by continuing to fix bugs and also maintain new
packages.
Recommendation
--------------
I recommend that Julien be accepted as a Debian maintainer.
